Prof. (Dr.) Soumya Kanti Ghosh, IIT Kharagpur 
Prof. (Dr.) Soumya K. Ghosh has an extensive background in remote sensing and GIS, having worked with the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). He holds a Ph.D. and M.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. Currently, he serves as a Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, IIT Kharagpur. His research focuses on Spatial Data Science, Spatial Web Services, and Cloud-Fog-Edge Computing, with over 200 research papers in prestigious journals and conferences. Dr. Ghosh is affiliated with IEEE, ACM, and is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, U.K. He was honored with the National Geospatial Chair Professorship by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, from 2018 to 2023.
Dr. Chinmay Chakraborty, SMIEEE, MACM

Dr. Chinmay Chakraborty, SMIEEE, MACM is an Assistant Professor at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India. He has a diverse academic and professional background with experience in various research and teaching positions. Dr. Chakraborty completed a Post-doctoral fellowship at the Federal University of Piauí, Brazil, and also visited the University of Malta in Europe. He has worked as a Research Consultant in the Coal India project at Industrial Engineering & Management, IIT Kharagpur. He has also served as the Project Coordinator of the Telecommunication Convergence Switch project under the Indo-US joint initiative. His main research interests include the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), AI/ML, Communication & Computing, Telemedicine, m-Health/e-health, and Medical Imaging. Dr. Chakraborty has a strong publication record with over 240 articles in peer-reviewed international journals, conferences, and book chapters. He has also authored 25+ books, obtained 6+ patents, and edited 20+ special issues in the field.

In addition to his research work, Dr. Chakraborty is actively involved in the academic community. He serves as an Editorial Board Member for various journals and conferences and holds positions as an Associate Editor for IEEE TII, IJEECS, JBBS, HCIS, Springer BMC Bioinformatics, JIFS, etc.,  Lead Guest Editor for several IEEE and ACM publications like Lead Guest Editors of IEEE-JBHI, IEEE-TCE, IEEE-CEM, IEEE-TII, IEEE SMC Magazine, IEEE TCSS, ACM-TALIP, ACM-JDIQ, Springer – MTAP, CMC, Inderscience- IJNT, Elsevier-HI, Slastech, IJMSSC, CAMES, SCPE, etc. Dr. Chakraborty has received several awards and recognitions for his excellence in research and teaching. He has been honored with the Best Session Runner-up Award, Young Research Excellence Award, Global Peer Review Award, and Young Faculty Award. His contributions have also been recognized with the Outstanding Researcher Award and Outstanding Paper in the 2022 Emerald Literati Awards. He has secured a top 2% position among global scientists in “Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing” by Stanford University in both 2021-23. He has also received a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Europe Fellowship Grant, Horizon 2023, and has been nominated as a “Prominent Young Researcher” at the National Frontiers of Engineering Symposium,National Academy of Engineering (INAE), SERB, Govt. of India.

Mr. M. Durga Rao, National Atmospheric Research Laboratory
Durga Rao holds a Ph.D. from the Vellore Institute of Technology University in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, and an M.Tech. from the National Institute of Technology in Rourkela. He began his career at Vikram Sarabhai Space Center, where he worked on satellite launch vehicle integration. He has worked as a Scientist/Engineer-SF (RADG) at the National Atmospheric Research Laboratory (NARL) since 2010, where he has contributed to projects such as antenna design, radar systems, and satellite payload development. He was the driving force behind the Advanced Indian MST radar (AIR) and the Gadanki Ionospheric Radar Interferometer. His interests include short-range weather radars as well as satellite payload development.
